At Cērra Candles, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. At present, we ship exclusively within Australia, with all orders dispatched from Brisbane, QLD.
 

Standard Shipping – Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping – Usually arrives within 1–3 business days after processing.
 

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. Orders sent to Western Australia, Tasmania, or regional destinations may take a little longer to arrive due to distance from our dispatch location.
 

Processing times may also vary depending on product availability and other factors. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the exact shipping cost for your order.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be dispatched once the item becomes available.

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
